Dennis Multack - President —
Dennis is responsible for the overall management, operations, and business strategy for Corporate Express Promotional Marketing in the United States, Canada, and Europe. Dennis joined CEPM as Vice President of Sales in 1993. He was named to his current role in 2000. Prior to joining CEPM, Dennis was President of Penn Corporation, President of General Medical Manufacturing, and Financial Controller of Abbott Labs Distribution.
Dennis earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. Dennis is currently an active board member of Logos School, an alternative therapeutic middle and high school.
Anne McKeough - Vice President, Sales and Marketing —
Anne has been with Corporate Express Promotional Marketing since 1999. Anne was previously with Mosby Publishing from 1985-1998, where she held sales positions such as District and Region Sales Manager and Vice President, Marketing. Her experience includes product development, positioning, promotion, and advertising, as well as database marketing, catalog and direct mail production, and Web-based marketing. Anne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Business with honors from Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island.
Anne is a member of the Incentive Marketing Association and an active volunteer for the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Kent Bock - Vice President, Finance —
Kent started with Corporate Express Promotional Marketing - Canada as the Director of Finance in 2000 and joined the St. Louis team in the same role the following year. Prior to his work at CEPM, Kent worked for Coca-Cola in Canada as the Director of Finance and in the U.S. as a Financial Services Representative. He also worked for Minute Maid in Houston as the International Financial Implementation Lead Manager.
Kent holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, has been awarded Certification in General Accounting (CGA), and earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri.
Rahav Dor - Vice President & Chief Information Officer —
Rahav brings more than 18 years of technological experience to Corporate Express Promotional Marketing. In addition to his previous experience with Amdocs, Inc., a leading provider of CRM, billing, and order management solutions, Rahav founded two technology-based companies. Dor Logic developed software solutions to support strategic, operational, and decision-making practices for chains and franchise stores. R.I.Q. Software and Hardware Industries developed hybrid software and hardware solutions. Since joining CEPM, Rahav has re-positioned the IT Department to provide transparent support. What this means for clients is a promise of world-class technology products and services including standard and custom reporting, EDI transactions, our industry-leading online capabilities, and interfaces with third-party procurement platforms such as Ariba, Clarus and Oracle.
Additionally, Rahav chairs our R&D council, which sets the overall company technology objectives, scientific direction for IT initiatives and strategic multi-year planning.
Kelly Daleen - Vice President, Marketing & Inventory Control —
Kelly has managed clients' marketing programs with Corporate Express Promotional Marketing since 1995. Her background includes six years of retail management experience. With us, Kelly has fulfilled responsibilities as an Account Manager, Marketing Director, and Senior Marketing Director.
Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Writing and Journalism from Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri.
Ed Robbins - Vice President, Performance Solutions —
Ed has more than 25 years of incentive, recognition, and performance improvement experience. He has sales, management, marketing, operations, and leadership experience with industry leaders including Business Incentives, S&H Motivation & Travel, PMH Caramanning, JC Penney Corporate Sales, and Target Corporate Incentive & Recognition Division. Ed is a Certified Incentive Planner (CIP) and has designed incentive and recognition programs for more than 200 Fortune 1000 organizations. Additionally, Ed is a featured speaker at many incentive and recognition industry events. Most recently, Ed ran an incentive consulting business specializing in incentive, recognition and consumer promotion design, and strategy sales and business planning for incentive and recognition agencies.
Ed is a past recipient of the President's Award from the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) and is the founder and past president of the Award Consortium Inc., an innovative buying group within the incentive industry. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University.
Tammy Grzeskowiak - Vice President, Operations & Human Resources —
Prior to joining the company in 2000, Tammy managed client services, inventory control, distribution, human resources, and quality departments for a regional division of Corporate Express Office Products. She also has experience designing and implementing training strategies and implementing and improving quality systems to earn ISO 9000 certification.
Tammy has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Missouri in Columbia and a Master's Degree in Marketing and Management from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri.
Bill Gossman - Vice President, Merchandising & Sourcing —
Bill and his team are responsible for creative merchandising, product sourcing, assortment planning, and supplier relations. Prior to joining Corporate Express Promotional Marketing, Bill had over 19 years of merchandising and sourcing management experience with Federated and the May Department Stores (Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Marshall Field's, and Lord & Taylor).
Bill has a Bachelor's degree from William and Mary College in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Carl Boothby - Vice President, Corporate Account Integration —
Carl is responsible for Corporate Express Promotional Marketing's Corporate Account Development Strategy, which integrates select CEPM services into our Corporation's key accounts. Carl has been with Corporate Express for 6 years and in the promotional products and incentive services industries for 16 years. Since joining Corporate Express, Carl has been responsible for the creation of our Incentive Services Division and management of our Client Services department. Previously, Carl spent 10 years with Maritz, where he managed the 80-member Employee Workforce Division that included client services, training, creative, project management, and IT and also assisted companies in improving the performance of their employee base.
Carl has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia. He is active in the Boy Scouts of America, CYC Athletic Organization, and International Adoption Foundation.
Dave Stokes - Vice President, Process Engineering —
Dave has been with Corporate Express Promotional Marketing since 1983. He has held numerous positions here including Controller and Vice President, Finance as well as his current position. Dave is responsible for the ongoing implementation of our impressive Quality and Process Improvement programs. He is experienced in all aspects of finance and systems management, previously working for such companies as Mallinckrodt, May Company, and Rhomberg, Haglin & Associates.
Dave earned a Bachelor of Science specializing in Accounting from St. Louis University in Missouri.
Jim Shepard - Vice President, Sales —
Jim joined Corporate Express Promotional Marketing in 1997 and brings 25 years of industry experience and extensive knowledge of wearable manufacturing, decorating, and importing from past positions. These positions include MVSport, Director of Sales; American Identity, Director of Sales; and K-Products, National Account Manager.
Jim majored in Communications at Central Missouri State University and has been extensively involved in professional and community theatre as an actor, writer, and director.
Richard Berg - Vice President, Sales —
Rich joined our staff in 2005 with a strong record in sales, sales management, and account development. His previous experience includes Director and later Vice President with American Express where he worked in the Establishment Services, Corporate Services, and Tax & Business Services divisions. Prior to that, Rich worked for Samsung Electronics and Sony Electronics managing sales teams and increasing market penetration for those product lines in their respective retail channels.
Rich began his career as an assistant buyer and department manager with Macy's. Rich earned a Bachelors of Arts degree from Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY.
Steve Gustafson - Vice President, Business Development —
Steve's experience includes more than 20 years in promotional marketing. His previous companies include: JCPenney, Busch Creative Services, and Brown and Williamson Tobacco. His prior positions at Corporate Express Promotional Marketing include Vice President, Olympic Marketing and Sales Promotion and Vice President, Sales. Steve has a Master of Arts in Communication from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University.
Steve is an Adjunct Professor of Communication at Lindenwood University, a member of the International Association of Business Communicators, and a Client Associate of Miller Heiman, Inc.
Gina LeTourneau-Atwell - President, Canada —
Gina has been with CEPM for over 11 years and brings with her over 20 years of experience in the promotional marketing industry. Gina moved into the General Management role of the Canadian operations in November, 2005, after spending 6 years as Vice President, Sales. She has extensive knowledge of both the manufacturing and distribution areas of promotional products, having worked for over 10 years on the vendor/manufacturing side of the industry. Gina's Business Administration background, as well as hands-on experience in program design and implementation, Sales Management, Product Sourcing, Incentive, Fulfillment and Vendor relations, gives her a wide range of knowledge to assist her in her current role.
As a Past President of the Ontario Region of the Promotional Products Association of Canada, Gina has an overall understanding of the Industry in Canada, which makes her an invaluable member of the CEPM Management team.
Kim Sforza - Director of Sales - Canada —
Kim has been in the promotional products industry for over 15 years and has been with CEPM-Canada for 8 years. Previous to her work with CEPM, Kim was a Corporate Sales Division Representative with Henry Birks and Sons and later, the Business Development Manager for Awardco, where she was personally responsible for the re-design of the NHLPA's Lester B. Pearson Award in 1996.
Kim earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada and is a member of the Canadian Professional Sales Association. She is also a member of WAMS (Women Against Multiple Sclerosis), which is connected with the MS Society.
Rod Cullen - Managing Director, Europe —
Rod is a Chartered Accountant who brings extensive experience in general management, strategic account sales, and financial management to our organization. He joined the CEPM, UK team in 2004. Previous to that, Rod was managing Director of the Industrial Division of Infast Group in Gloucester, England. Prior to that position, Rod led the International sales team for the European Office Products Division of Corporate Express.
Rod's previous experience also includes responsibilities as Managing Director of Buhrmann's UK office products company Copygraphic, and with the accounting firm Ernst & Young. He also spends time helping Fairbridge, a charity that supports inner city youth in some of the most disadvantaged areas of the UK.
