Dennis Multack - President —
Dennis is responsible for the overall management, operations, and business strategy for Corporate Express Promotional Marketing (CEPM) in the United States, Canada and Europe. Dennis joined CEPM as Vice President of Sales in 1993. He was named to his current role in 2000. Prior to joining CEPM, Dennis was President of Penn Corporation, President of General Medical Manufacturing and Financial Controller of Abbott Labs Distribution.
Dennis earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Missouri.
Anne McKeough - Vice President, Sales and Marketing —
Anne has been with Corporate Express Promotional Marketing since 1999 and is currently responsible for our Strategic Sales Channel and Business Development. Anne was previously with Mosby Publishing from 1985-1998, where she held sales positions such as District and Region Sales Manager and Vice President, Marketing. Her experience includes sales management, product development, positioning, promotion, and advertising, as well as database marketing, catalog and direct mail production. Anne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Business with honors from Providence College in Providence, Rhode Island.
Anne is a member of the Incentive Marketing Association and a member of the Advisory Board for the Organization of Promotional Products Salespeople (OOPPS). OOPPS' mission is to inform and empower promotional products salespeople who work for distributors, either as employees or independent contractors, so that they can make decisions that will enhance their careers. She is an active volunteer for the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation working on the Sponsorship Committee for the St. Louis Race for the Cure. She is also an active volunteer at Whitfield School.
Kelly Daleen - Vice President —
Kelly has been with Corporate Express Promotional Marketing since 1995. Her background includes six years of retail management experience. With us, Kelly has fulfilled responsibilities as an Account Manager, Senior Marketing Director and most recently, Vice President - Marketing & Inventory Control. In her role, Kelly directs our internal marketing staff and processes to ensure each of our client programs are managed efficiently and effectively. Kelly will also monitor client programs accordingly to ensure uninterrupted inventory supply and accurate order fulfillment.
Tammy Grzeskowiak - Vice President, Human Resources & Quality —
Tammy brings 10 years of managing experience to Corporate Express Promotional Marketing. Prior to joining the company in 2000, Tammy supervised client services, inventory control, distribution center, human resources and quality departments for a sales organization. She also has experience designing and implementing training strategies and implementing and improving quality system to earn ISO 9000 certification.
Tammy has a B.A. in Communications from the University of Missouri, Columbia and a Masters Degree in Marketing and Management from Webster University.
Bill Gossman - Vice President, Merchandising & Sourcing —
Bill and his team are responsible for creative merchandising, product sourcing, assortment planning, and supplier relations. Prior to joining Corporate Express Promotional Marketing, Bill had over 19 years of merchandising and sourcing management experience with Federated and the May Department Stores (Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Marshall Field's, and Lord & Taylor).
Bill has a Bachelor's degree from William and Mary College in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Carl Boothby - Vice President, Strategic Initiatives —
Prior to joining Corporate Express Promotional Marketing in 1999, Carl designed and operated performance improvement activities for Maritz. During his 10 years with Maritz, Carl's experience included managing the 80-member Sales and Group Business Manager division that included client services, training, creative, project management and IT. Carl has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
Dave Stokes - Vice President, Process Engineering —
Dave has been with Corporate Express Promotional Marketing since 1983. He has held numerous positions here including Controller and Vice President, Finance as well as his current position. Dave is responsible for the ongoing implementation of our impressive Quality and Process Improvement programs. He is experienced in all aspects of finance and systems management, previously working for such companies as Mallinckrodt, May Company, and Rhomberg, Haglin & Associates.
Dave earned a Bachelor of Science specializing in Accounting from St. Louis University in Missouri.
Jim Shepard - Vice President, Sales —
Jim brings 15 years of industry experience and extensive knowledge of wearable manufacturing and importing from past positions. These include MVSport, Director of Sales; Swingster, Director of Sales; K-Products, National Account Manager. An integral member of the CEPM management team since 1997, Jim will provide strategic and tactical guidance on any service issues requiring escalation to our management committee.
Jim majored in Communications at Central Missouri State University and has been extensively involved in professional and community theatre as an actor, writer, and director.
Richard Berg - Regional Vice President Sales, East —
Rich has been with Corporate Express Promotional Marketing since 2005 and is currently responsible for managing the salespeople in the eastern region who are responsible for both account management and new business development. Rich's previous experience includes positions with American Express as Director of Account Management, Director of Business Development as well as Vice President New York City Market. Prior to that, Rich worked for both Samsung Electronics and Sony Electronics in various sales and sales management positions. His experience includes sales, sales management, sponsorship marketing and consumer marketing. Rich has a Bachelors of Arts in Business Management from Hartwick College.
Steve Gustafson - Vice President, Business Development —
Previously with J.C. Penney, Busch Creative Services (subsidiary of Anheuser Busch), and Brown and Williamson Tobacco, Steve has created, produced, and implemented national, regional, and local consumer and trade promotions. Prior positions at Corporate Express Promotional Marketing include Vice President Olympic Marketing and Sales Promotion and Vice President Sales - West.
Steve has a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from Michigan State University and a Masters in Communications from Lindenwood University. Steve has been in the promotional products industry for 19 years but more broadly in the sales promotion field for 25 years. Steve is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators and has been a client associate of Miller Heiman.
Michael Dishian - Vice President, Finance —
Joining CEPM in 2005, Mike is responsible for monitoring the financial and processes disciplines within our planning and operations. Michael has 20 years of financial analysis, budgeting and reporting experience in a variety of industries. Most recently, Michael was Controller of Emerson Electric's Tool Company subsidiary. Michael has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Drake University. Additionally, he has achieved Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation and has earned an MBA from St. Louis University.
Ann Vullo - Vice President - Information Technology —
Ann brings more than 25 years of technological as well as Corporate Express experience to CEPM. This includes an extensive history with Corporate Express beginning with BT Office products in 1983 where she honed her project management skills combining technology knowledge with process development and training. In her most recent role with Corporate Express Office Products, Ann was Regional Vice President - Information Services, where she was responsible for oversight and integration of major divisions within the Central Region. Joining CEPM in 2006, Ann has successfully integrated our Houston Divisions systems with our St. Louis headquarters ERP system. Since joining CEPM, Ann has positioned the IT Department to provide transparent support. What this means for clients like XXXXX is a promise of world-class technology products and services including standard and custom reporting, EDI transactions, our industry-leading online capabilities and interfaces with third-party procurement platforms such as Ariba, SAP and Oracle.
Mark Peterman - Vice President, Performance Solutions —
Mark joined Corporate Express Promotional Marketing in 2008 and is responsible for the Performance Solutions line of business. Mark brings nearly 20 years of business experience with the past seven years focused in the incentive, recognition, and loyalty businesses. Mark has a strong background in marketing, business development, and operations. Most recently with Maritz, Mark served on the executive leadership team for Maritz Motivation as Vice President, Marketing. He's led teams developing creative solutions to client needs and brought new solutions to market. Mark managed client accounts that include major financial, wireless communication, automotive, and technology companies.
As a trustee of the Incentive Research Foundation, Mark is a member of the research committee where he works with other industry leaders to oversee research projects in the areas of incentives and motivation for the benefit of sales, marketing, and HR leaders as well as the industry. He is also a member of the Incentive Marketing Association and the American Marketing Association. Mark earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from Washington University and a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Jim Roccia - Director of Strategic Accounts - Performance Solutions —
Jim's primary responsibility is to act as liaison between field executives and clients to ensure a sound overall performance-based solution approach and measurable execution. He has over 19 years of incentive and recognition industry experience. His work has been recognized both nationally and internationally to include four SITE Crystal Awards, five Latino Marketing Awards, three Silver Quill Awards, the Association of Incentive Marketing Program of the Year and the Direct Marketing Association's Program of the Year.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and a Master of Business Administration from St. Louis University.
Gina LeTourneau-Atwell - President, Canada —
Gina has worked in the promotional products industry for over twenty years. Previous to her work with CEPM, Gina held positions with H.A. Watts, a premium incentive company; MiniMedia International as the Sales & Marketing Manager; Precisioncraft as their North American Sales & Marketing Director; and Carlson Marketing Group in Account Management, Sales Management and President. Previous to becoming President of Corporate Express Promotional Marketing - Canada, Gina held the position of Vice President, Sales.
She holds a Business Administration Certificate from Humber College in Toronto and is a Certified Advertising Specialist. She belongs to the Toronto Board of Trade, the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA), and is a past President of the PPAC - Promotional Products Association of Canada.
Kim Sforza - Director of Sales - Canada —
Kim has been in the promotional products industry for over 15 years and has been with CEPM-Canada for 8 years. Previous to her work with CEPM, Kim was a Corporate Sales Division Representative with Henry Birks and Sons and later, the Business Development Manager for Awardco, where she was personally responsible for the re-design of the NHLPA's Lester B. Pearson Award in 1996.
Kim earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada and is a member of the Canadian Professional Sales Association. She is also a member of WAMS (Women Against Multiple Sclerosis), which is connected with the MS Society.
Rod Cullen - Managing Director, United Kingdom —
Joining CEPM in 2004, Rod brings extensive experience in general management, strategic account sales, and financial management to our organization. Most recently, Rod was managing Director of the Industrial Division of Infast Group plc in Gloucester, England.
Prior to that position, Rod led the International sales team for Corporate Express. His previous experience also includes responsibilities as Managing Director of Buhrmann's office products company and positions with Copygraphic, and with Ernst & Young. Rod began his business career as a Chartered Accountant.
