Medical Coverage
Through Corporate Express Promotional Marketing, associates have the choice of several comprehensive health plans.
Dental Coverage
Associates can choose between two dental plans.
Vision and Hearing Coverage
As part of your medical coverage, associates receive vision and hearing coverage.
401(k) Plan
Eligible associates may participate in the Corporate Express Promotional Marketing 401(k) plan. Effective January 1, 2005, Corporate Express Promotional Marketing matches 100% of the first 4% of pay you contribute to the 401(k) plan.
Tuition Assistance
Corporate Express Promotional Marketing offers associates a generous tuition assistance program. Associates may be reimbursed up to $5,250 per calendar year for tuition, fees, and books for pre-approved classes.
Time Off
Associates accrue vacation time based on years of service with the Company. Corporate Express Promotional Marketing also provides paid holidays to all associates.
Life Insurance
Full-time associates automatically are covered by basic life insurance starting with the first day of work. Through Corporate Express Promotional Marketing, you are able to purchase additional coverage for yourself, your spouse or domestic partner, and children.
AD&D Insurance
Full-time associates automatically are covered by accidental death and dismemberment insurance starting with the first day of work. Through Corporate Express Promotional Marketing, you are able to purchase additional coverage for yourself, your spouse or domestic partner, and children.
Short and Long Term Disability
Corporate Express Promotional Marketing pays for both short and long term disability coverage for eligible associates. This coverage provides associates with an income replacement equivalent to a percentage of your weekly or monthly earnings.
